Hi, did you perform a plain reset on the PK after inserting the CompactFlash
card? If so what happened? I had to do that before my BrailleNote mPower BT
fully recognized my SD card as initially it couldn't see any files or
folders on it when in fact I knew there were, since it was an SD card that
my local HumanWare dealer allowed me to borrow for the upgrade. Hope that
helps.

Subject: [Braillenote] Upgrading issue

Hi all,
I'm in the process of upgrading my PK from 7.2 to 7.5. I have printed
off the instructions and am working my way through them. I have
downloaded all of the files, the product key and the two others from the
Braillenote PK section on the website. I have transferred them to my
compact flash card and the PK is still connected to my computer via USB.
When I go into the utilities menu and select the Install Keysoft
Extension option and then the drive and file, it states that the file
does not exist when it does and I can find it on my PC within the
compact flash drive under mobile device.

Please can you advise me as to where I am going wrong and how it can be
rectified?

Karina
