Taraprakash, I would suggest performing a JKL RESET to clear up any corrupt memory that your mPower may have and see if this resolves the issue.
Press and Hold down JKL and hit the RESET button, continue to hold down JKL until it says, "KeySoft 7.5. Build: 20. This should get you up and running again.
