Hey everyone, My friend has a Braillenote QT32 mPower and she's having problems with the charger. Basically, the unit sticks in trickle-charge and won't switch into fast charge. She said it started when the unit went flat once; after she plugged it back in, it stuck on trickle charge and after 24 hours only got to like 5% charge. I had her try recalibrating and a couple other things in support info mode and nothing will seem to kick the charger back into fast charge. Ha anyone else observed this/know what to do about it? I know something like this happened on my unit once but a simple press of the reset button fixed it for me - not for her.
