Oh, I'm running hardware revision RVC6S. But, remember, I mostly use my PK,
so my mPower battery often has to recover from being completely flat. Thus,
I'm not really concerned, thinking that it would do much better if I were to
keep it charged up more. And, maybe I'll try and be more watchful of that
as long as I have the unit.

What? I've not had this issue so far with my mPower BT 32 running KeySoft
7.5. Do you know what hardware revision you're running? I'm running C6S, I
believe. Hope that helps.

Hi All,

With my mPower BT32 running KS 7.5 build 20, and even before that for that
matter, I need to be careful with mine to make sure it isn't trickle
charging. For, seeing as I mostly use my PK, the mPower often goes flat.
Then, when I plug in the charger and then check things a while later, I find
it is trickle charging. However, in my case, unplugging the charger and
leaving it out for a minute or two, and sometimes doing a no key reset or
two, always fixes the problem, as I've never spent more than three or four
minutes correcting this once it happens.

Hey everyone, My friend has a Braillenote QT32 mPower and she's having
problems with the charger. Basically, the unit sticks in
trickle-charge and won't switch into fast charge. She said it started
when the unit went flat once; after she plugged it back in, it stuck
on trickle charge and after 24 hours only got to like 5% charge. I had
her try recalibrating and a couple other things in support info mode
and nothing will seem to kick the charger back into fast charge. Ha
anyone else observed this/know what to do about it? I know something
like this happened on my unit once but a simple press of the reset
button fixed it for me - not for her. Also she told me sometimes when
she plugs the unit in, it hard-resets (loses RAM/time/date/etc). Any
ideas?

Thanks
F
