Richard, 

As for your question about deleting temp files. There is one small file that
is only a few KB in size that remains. A 456/JKL RESET will rid this file,
but will come back once you log onto the Internet.

When i try to delete temporary files in the internet options menu, I'm
informed that the directory is not empty.  How can i do this manually? and
where are these files so that I can have a look at them?
Also, I've noticed over the past few days that I've not been able to do my
online banking.
I can still do it with my laptop, and i checked the url is the same on my bn
to make sure that it was correct.
Also, the url to my online banking, which I have stored in my favorites
folder has not been modified since september 96.
Also, if I press enter on the link to go on to my online banking from the
main page of the bank, i get the same message, which is, "cannot find
server".
I wonder why this might be?
