Shaz and all, I missed the original thread but will provide directions for setting up the BrailleNote to use the PC's internet via USB.
After establishing a partnership with ActiveSync. Ensure the USB cable is plugged into both the PC and BrailleNote. 1. From the Main Menu 2. Press SPACE with O (FN with O) for the Options 3. Press C for Connectivity Menu 4. Press C to Create a New Dial-Up or LAN Connection 5. It will ask for the name, give it a meaningful name (I called it USB), press ENTER 6. At the "Device to Use?" press SPACE with 3 (CTRL with SPACE) until "Ethernet network connection displays and press ENTER. 7. Press SPACE with E (ESCAPE), when asked to confirm changes, press Y for YES. When connecting to the internet or checking email just select the "USB" connection. I'm not sure how to do this myself but I will soon need to do it. But go into Option Menu and then configuration menu and set it up in there. Hopefully this will get you started and if you have other questions I'm sure someone on this list will be able to help. >From Shaz.
