What BrailleNote and KeySoft version are you running?

Hi Kevin and All!

Do I understand from your message that I have to replace my VN QT to the 
last MPower and last KeySoft Version Available? I'm not facing any problem 
with *.txt documents but with some *.doc files although it is reading 
previously received *.doc documents for that reason I'm asking for a reply 
from a technician whom his expected answer might solve this problem forlorn. 
Anyway thanks for your contribution.
