Remember, a bt is just like a braille writer accept for the thumb keys. Does a brailler have an alt or control key? No. They are found on a regular computer keyboard or qt. Hope this helps. When I was learning how to use a bn I learned on a bt. I was taught the the control key was mainly used in edetting documents in the word processor.
