Hi Terri, I agree, I'm not impressed with Freedom Scientific either. I wouldn't own a pacmate! Nukk! Big and bulky and to me just not very portable. I'm not sure that a service contract is all that worthwhile anyway. If it doesn't cover batteries, or accidental breakage, (which it doesn't) then what's the point, most of the time? When I accidentally dropped my bn with the wifi card in the back, I had to have a whole new motherboard. It was not covered, so we had to pay for it anyway. There's no serfect company, and what's to say that GW Micro might not have some negative things about it, too. I'm not a loyal to the death HW fan--if and when I have to buy a new unit, I'll probably research and try to get the best unit I can for what my budget . allow. But until that point guess I'll stick with my MPower and use what I have. Debby and Cleo
