I spoke with someone at HumanWare Tech Support who I think rather highly off and trust what he has to say. Here is his comment from me forwarding him the various messages that have been coming into the list. Only a portion of the message will be copied here as some other things were discussed in the message that does nnot have much relevance to this matter. Hi Kevin Those messages are correct. A braille note who's braille display is older than three years is not eligible for a service contract. Also All transplants are allowed the one year standard warranty.
