Hello all,
So, when they offered the transplant program to customers who have the older
braille cells, did they know at that time, that they would not be offering a
service contract to those customers?
I am going to investigate why I was asked to extend my service contract last
December.
Humanware staff does need to address the questions that have been raised on
this list.
I supported Humanware products, but, you can be sure that I will not do that
again unless matters are handled very differently.

Hello all,

I spoke with someone at HumanWare Tech Support who I think rather highly off
and trust what he has to say. Here is his comment from
me forwarding him the various messages that have been coming into the list.
Only a portion of the message will be copied here as
some other things were discussed in the message that does nnot have much
relevance to this matter.

Hi Kevin

Those messages are correct. A braille note who's braille display is older than
three years is not eligible for a service contract.
Also All transplants are allowed the one year standard warranty.

Thanks,

Kevin
