Catherine, It is recommended by Sendero to not transfer maps through means of ActiveSync bbut rather through means of a card reader. Once you have the card connected to a card reader and that is attached to your computer, you will want to do the following: 1. Open the zipped maps. For example, 40California.zip 2. Press CTRL+A to highlight all 3. Press CTRL+C to Copy All 4. Navigate to your card and the Maps folder, then press CTRL+V, your maps should now be on their way over 5. For additional POIs, visit MySendero.com for Collective User POIs, transits, Talking ATMs, Geological POIs, and RichMap Formatted POIs. To copy over these POIs, the same procedure as outlined above will be followed.

I need to copy maps onto this new card for the GPS software. I first went into the PK's file manager, into folder manager and created a folder on the compact flash called maps. Then connected the PK to my PC, went to the maps I'd downloaded, selected them all and copied/pressed control c. But when I navigated to \CompactFlash\maps from My Computer, paste was unavailable in the edit menu. Am I doing something wrong? How do I copy these maps onto the compact flash card?
