Christen, Yes, the folder is created on the flash disk and is called "playlist." The playlist file will be created after you mark a series of songs in a single folder and hit ENTER. To mark a song/file it is SPACE with M on the BT and not sure what it is on the QT. The easier route is to just mark the files and hit ENTER as the songs will play in alphabetical order and not in any other order.
