Gail,

You want to make sure that you download the two other files in addition to the KeySync 3 server. They are listed under the KeySync page. One is the net framework and the other one I can't recall the name of but is on the page.

Subject: [Braillenote] Keysync install question

I have a question. I'm trying to install keysync 3.0 on my computer.
It won't install because it can't find a file with a .gip extention.
What do I do?
