Mary Ellen, I probably missed your message about what was wrong with your BrailleNote, since I've been bummed about my own. What exactly happened to yours?
Mine has been gone since before Thanksgiving. I have made a number of calls, but have gotten no response. Now that I know you've called today, I will do the same. Hopefully, I'll have my BN back soon. That's why I haven't written the list. Happy Holidays to all!
