Robert and all, I guess it took so long because they were waiting for a motherboard--or that's what I was told during my multiple calls. Anyway, I called today and talked to a guy named Mark. He was very nice. He told me that they finally had my bill and could begin work upon payment. I paid the bill promptly and am looking forward to receiving my unit. Yea!!!!
