I have found this as well and find it very frustrating. In a
txt file I can normally exit and re-enter the file and the codes
will be gone, but not always. Many times I will get a dollar
sign l g, this no language identifier, which makes spell checking
impossible. Extremely annoying.
Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] annoying code
Hi, List,
I have noticed that when I insert a file into a document or when
I move
around blocks of text I see this awful annoying code computer
dollar sign
lge. I'm sure it's because of the multilingual capability of the
BN but the
code annoys me because my documents are in English with no
foreign languages
in the text. It also take up 3 cells. The code can't be deleted
either.
The only way to get rid of it is to convert the file to another
file type.
I've even tried setting my default file type to txt and the code
still
appears and I can only get rid of it if I convert the file to
something
else.
I hate seeing unnecessary codes cluttering up my documents.
