my theory is that it is the duxberry braille translater,
the reason why i say this is because the same happened to me on the PC when
i was trying to translate a text file, and it was virtually unreadable.
aalthogh the file is not translated, you still get these signs when keysoft
tries to render the text to a readable state in braille.
