Hello,
Not so! All I needed to do was keep trying every reset
combination known to man for 46 minutes --- and guess what? Yes,
it works.
Come on vertion 8 with the latest vertion of ce. I think I will
give the web browser a miss until that lucky day.
Kind regards,
Dave Ransley

Hi,
I think you have to send your BN back to HumanWare to get the
display fixed.

Subject: [Braillenote] Braille display not operating
Hello all,
I have an Empwer bt running Keysoft 7.5.28
For some reason the braille dispay no longer works. In the past,
I have fixed this was rebooting several times. Today however
reset with 456, reset with record button and reset on its own
have all failed.
Stimes I can get the message "starting keysoft" but after the
chime the dispay fades away. when I press space with previous I
can select speech but I am told that the "braille display is not
operating".
Help!!!
Apologies for any errors but I am a novice when using speech.
Kind regards,
Dave Ransley
