Hi, sounds like a call to Humanware is in order. However, and I don't
think this will help, but have you tried reset with 123? Good luck.

with 456, reset with record button and reset on its own have all failed.
Stimes I can get the message "starting keysoft" but after the chime
the dispay fades away. when I press space with previous I can
select speech but I am told that the "braille display is not operating".
