I just learned from Myrna Vota, HW tech specialist, that all
storage cards must be removed from units when performing the
4-5-6 or JKL reset.
she also told me that using KEYNOTE GOLD while surfing the
internet greatly lessens the likelihood of receiving the RAN OUT
OF MEMORY" message because ELOQUENCE is a terrific memory
gobbler.
