Hi,
Humanware recommends that we remove all cards when doing any type of
reset.  this will lessen the likely hood of loosing data.

When 8 GB CF cards first came out there was an issue with them.  If
they were in the PK when doing a reset the card would be destroyed.
It's better to be safe then sorry with something as important as your
electronic data.
