I've got a client with an mPower BT running KeySoft 7.5 build 20 who is trying to send a KeyWord document to a Blackberry user. When he sends the email he is asked if he wants to convert the KeyWord attachment to Word; he says yes. The recipient is unable to open it. I know nothing about Blackberrys, beyond that they can view Word documents, so I wonder if anyone has successfully done this, or knows definitely if it can or can't be done? Thanks in advance,
