Steve, I have notice this same issue when I sent email attachments from my BrailleNote to certain professors, but have also noticed it to work from time to time. I have came to two solutions: 1. Pasting it into a blank document and resaving it on the computer then sending it from the computer. 2. Opening word then using the open dialog to open the document rather then just clicking on the document.
