[Braillenote] the pronunciation dictionary

Hi. I was playing with the dictionary earlier trying to set up dr to be 
pronounced both as doctor and as drive in the case of an address. Dores 
anyone know how I can do this? I was going to use the capital dr with a 
period for doctor and just dr for drive, but couldnt get it set up and the 
dictionary didn't like me trying to write in braille. Is there a way I can 
do this?
