Tina, This is one that is tricky. I don't believe there is a direct way of doing this unless you involve some punctuation as the dictionary manager is case insensitive. You ccan say that dr. is to be pronounced as doctor and dr is to be pronounced as drive. I know that more sophisticated synthesizers like JAWS scan various things including content.
