Bluetooth
Hi,
just for the record.
Window-eyes had this feature long before JAWS. you press Insert
numpad plus twice to move to a balloon, then numpad slash to click.
You can also move to the tray with Windows B arrow to the bluetooth
icon and press enter.
The windows B method is a windows command that works in xp and vista.

3. if using wineyes, this may not work very well.
you need to click on a baloon tool tip from your computer.
this is fine with jaws 9, simply press numpad slash or capslock 8 on a
laptop.
