Alice, I personally think the bigger the card the better since you are able to store so much onto a single card without having to swap material in/out so often. Music/Audio Books do take up a fair amount of space and are normally in a MP3 or WMA format, which either should play without any problems on the BrailleNote. If you are using Windows Media Player to rip your CD's, it is possible to have them be ripped in just a MP3 format. I think where a card of this capacity may come in handy for me is to store all of the GPS maps of both the US and Canada, which combined is about 8GB. That then still leaves room ffor many MP3 files, Dictionary/Thesaurus files, and so much more.
It is no longer a burden to purchase a card of this capacity since it is possible to find them at amazing prices. Are there any problems with using a card this large? Is it better to use an 8 gig or 4? I thought I'd get a large card, then I'd have no problem loading books onto it, books I want to keep, that is, and the books that you'd play on the MP3 player take up a lot of room, right? Hmmm, what kind of files are they anyhow, and does one have to rename them to use them in the BN PK?
