I followed your directions exactly and the BN says "Connecting to ActiveSync 
via serial. Utilities Menu." but the ActiveSync on the computer goes to the 
window that says "Your Device was not detected" and COM 1 available. Also, the 
BN makes a short screechy sound about 15 seconds after that.
