She means allowing BrailleNote users (who
does not have a PC) to actually enter chat
room.
Also, BrailleNote Chat does not usually mean
"chatting using BrailleNote." This phrase
(for the past experience) means a chat where
people can talk ABOUT BrailleNote. We've
done this before.

Yes but if you have the BN chat on Skype that
defeats the purpose
of it being a BN "chat" because it is not BN
accessible.
