Hi, I have found that the mic I have for my PC works for my BN
MPower but the quality isn't that good so I was hoping that
someone who has had experience with recording meetings with an
external mic on their MPowers could help suggest what settings I
might need to change?
I have used the internal mic for recording meetings before but
find that if I am typing at the same time the keyboard is allot
louder then the people talking so I want to use an external mic
for a meeting I have tomorrow night and others I have in the
future. I have just tested this mic with me talking in a normal
voice near to the mic and a bit further away but no where near
the distance some people will be at the meetings I want to
record.
I am open to any suggestions and the cord is rather long if it
means I have to put it on it's stand a fair way down the table I
can. I just hate using a tape recorder because I can't tell when
it runs out of tape and I rely on a sighted member of the group
noticing that it is out but if I can use my MPower then I have a
one gig memory stick I can use to record the meeting.
