Hi, what do they say? Try doing a 4-5-6 (jkl) reset. To do this, hold down dots 4-5-6 on a bt, or jkl on a qt and press the reset button. After about 10 seconds, your bn should play the startup sound and two beeps. Now you can release the keys.
