Hope, I think that the better solution after finding out a JKL/456 Reset doesn't resolve the issue is to downgrade to Build 20. Unless you are using KeySync to synchronize your contacts/planner between your PC and BrailleNote as well as print via USB then there isn't much need in having Build 28.
