Have you tried deleting the manual folder on the KeySoft system disk, and
then doing a regular c3 and c4 reset?

hello,
i tried to look up something on the manual on my pk, and discovered that
the manual is missing.
I have tried all the resets with no success.
when i try the hard reset holding dots 4-5-6 with c 3 and 4, it doesn't
seem to work.
when it reboots, i am not asked to set the date and time etc, and the
voice is still the same as before resetting it.
any ideas?
i'm off to a gig now to blow my sax, but i'll be thinking of the problem
instead of concentrating on playing.
