I'm so glad Humanware Australia has done everything they can to repair your ailing PK. That is very nice of them to admit they received some defective PK from Germany where they are made by Baum A. G. and agree to replace it with a brand new one. Good luck and I hope the replacement PK arrives soon. It is probably almost a 48 hour plane ride from Frankfort or Munich International airports to Sydney, Australia then a good many hops of a kangaroo from the airport there to your house!
