I agree with you in many respects, but your original message didn't seem to hold out much hope as you seemed to have a big down on the packmate as well.

I hear, and I could be completely wrong, that humanware are at least considering the possibility of giving users the ability to shell to windows. In this case users who wanted to could play around with third party software, but still use keysoft. I think I quite like that idea, but we'll have to wait to see what keysoft 8 brings.
