Hope,

I think here on the list we could make guesses of how long the turn-around
time may be and prices of repairs, but to obtain accurate information, I
would call into HumanWare. This is something that the Customer Service
department should be able to help with.

Subject: [Braillenote] repair cost if have sma

Hi all. It looks like the jack where my batter charger plchgs into the
braille note is loose. How much would this cost if I have purchased the
agreement with the upgrades? I think I have the service maintainance
agreement as well. I've never had to send my unit in for repair.
Approximately how many days would it take if I sent it to the California
office? I'm a student, and being without the braille note for an extchded
period of time is a great inccvenience. Any help you guys would be able to
provide would be greatly appreciated.
Hope and Beignet.
