Hi, Because of the spring break, I just had my Bn sent out for repair. It's a 14 day turn around.

This is something that the Customer Service department should be able to help with. It looks like the jack where my batter charger plchgs into the braille note is loose. How much would this cost if I have purchased the agreement with the upgrades? I think I have the service maintainance agreement as well. I've never had to send my unit in for repair. Approximately how many days would it take if I sent it to the California office? I'm a student, and being without the braille note for an extchded period of time is a great inccvenience. Any help you guys would be able to provide would be greatly appreciated. Hope and Beignet. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender. If your reply would be useful to the list, please send a copy to the list as well.
