Ottawa Canada Dear Andy and list:
I agree it is high time Humanware put in an option to use the BrailleNote/VoiceNote as a display for Windows using a USB connection. Not sure why they haven't done so this far. Perhaps they are waiting for the port of KeySoft to Windows CE 6 as I've been told they will have to completely rewrite their program to do this. Actually I find USB plugs reasonably robust, but don't have any serious fine motor control problems, although from time to time the USB plugs and ports on this Dell XPS laptop defy mating with each other! For help finding a USB to serial adapter, try Tiger Direct, either their http://www.tigerdirect.com web site or (800) 8800-8300. Take care. Brian Brian K.
