Hi, Sharonda,

You'll need to translate all of your KeyWord files to a format the PC can
read. You would use the export file option in the translate file menu. You
can export them to a cf or sd card or an external hard drive. You can now
open and read the files on either the PC or the BN from the card.

Subject: [Braillenote] Backing Up Files

: Hi Friends!
: I am planning to give my BNMPower to a high school student who has no
: notetaker. I have many files that I want to keep. My brain is not
: working well right now. I need help in this:
: If I back up my files onto an external drive, how can I use these
: files at a later time? Is that possible to do without a BN? If so,
: how?
: Thank you all.
