I note you are running KeySoft 7.2. I believe a patch was released for that version to fix some USB problems. Think this patch was withdrawn from public download once KeySoft 7.5 was released. Do you know if you have that patch installed? Sounds like you want to upgrade to KS 7.5 build 28 as that incorporated the USB patch for 7.2 and also introduced SSL for e-mail and the web etc. If you cannot upgrade to 7.5 build 28 at this time then I suppose you could try writing to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] and ask if they are willing to make the USB patch for 7.2 available to you.
