Shaz,

The reason this is happening when you are copying from a text document is
because the information that is presented is in Computer Braille rather than
Grade 2.

Subject: re: [Braillenote] Indercater that is changing my Braille
gradeIdon'twant

Hi, I think I have found how the indicator was getting into my documents but
I haven't found a way of getting rid of them except for retyping the part of
the document which is in grade one instead of grade two. What I think has
happened is I have copied some information about books into word documents
onto my braillenote then I have taken the name of the book out of this
document into a keyword document and this I think is where the change is
happening. All my word documents that I have created on the Braillenote are
in grade one even though I have my preferred reading grade set as grade two.
So now if this is what is causing the problems I now know not to copy
something from a word document into a keysoft document. I have taken a long
time but I have finally retyped all of the keysoft documents that were
having problems and in the future if I want to copy over something from a
word document I won't copy it into the middle of the document or I will just
type it across instead of copy and paste.

If humanware can look at this for future updates so that you can copy across
from one sort of document to another without destroying the rest of the
document that would be great. I didn't think it would matter with my
documents because none of them were typed in braille they were all done with
the QT keyboard.
