I don't think this has been given enough attention, as I stated, we have
been asking for more usability in Word since at least the fall of 2002 and
nothing seems to happen.  If other note takers can do it then we should, I
don't intend to change note takers for a while yet but this issue may have
to be a factor if and when I do.

Rose and all,

As has been stated here before, the Word issue is one which HW is working on
but there is a Microsoft piece to this as well.  The problem as I understand
it is that Microsoft changes the format of Word documents with each version
which causes problems with or for Keysoft.  They are working on it and are
aware of the problem as far as I know.
