I didn't make anything negative I used all posative intigers. I
guess I am confused with what you were trying to do. On the qt
keyboard the sign to raise something to a power is the letter x.
I wrote it out like this in keyplus 1x4/3 in the qt when you
press the control and slash keys it makes the fraction
indicators.

Ok, but I think there is still a problem there; the ?1 should be
its own integer and you should not have to make the whole thing
negative. How will you know when else to do this and when not
to? My professor did it on his calculator and it came out fine,
that is, ?1.

D. DDots 12356 for the left paran
E. Dots 256 for 4
F. Dots 34 for the slash
G. Dots 25 for 3
H. Dots 23456 for the right paren
I. ENTER to get 1

the reason for this is because calculators follow the order of
operation. In
order for any calculator to perform the mathematical operation
correct, it
must be written as follows: 1^(4/3)
There is no way that I can think of where you should have
recieve an answer
of 0, i recieve an answer of .33 when I didn't put in the
parenthesis and
this is because 1^4 is 1 and 1/3 is .33.
