I'd definitely like to see those upgrades in the bn. I can't complain about our tech support either, had to call hw once for a multilingual issue and they took me through it step by step, and what do you know, it worked! Can't say as I continue to do it the same way each time I switch though, but I suppose ks7.5 is a little different isn't it?

Sharon, in support of what you had to say, the BrailleSensePlus
has a
BUILT-IN ethernet port, and built-in wireless G and bluetooth,
supports MSN
Messenger out of the box.

I'd give GW Micro THUMBS UP anyday for its fabulous tech support
service.
And yes, only $4,995, or $500 for previous owners of the Classic
BrailleSense.

Lastly, you can INDEPENDENTLY change THE BATTERIES and NO NEED TO
SCHLEPP it
to the END OF THE UNIERSE to have this done. I am seriously
considering the
BrailleSensePlus, will see if I can get one on loan!!

Sincerely,
