When purchasing an SMA, you get two upgrades ffor the price of one. If you have 2 SMA's, this means that you are entitled to the next two upgrades or if there is something major that requires two SMA's then it will be used there. For example, when the BrailleNote had a KeySoft and Windows CE upgrade, it required two SMA's.
