When purchasing an SMA, you get two upgrades ffor the price of one. If you
have 2 SMA's, this means that you are entitled to the next two upgrades
or
if there is something major that requires two SMA's then it will be used
there. For example, when the BrailleNote had a KeySoft and Windows CE
upgrade, it required two SMA's.

I didn't go through the last two-SMA count upgrade as I bought my
BrailleNote after it came out. But yes, I recall friends commenting
about it.
Well guess we can all just sit back and dream of what the genie in the
lamp will offer us with the next two SMA count update!
