Hi Mariisa,
Few things come to mind:
* Did you say yes to secure connections prompt for both SMTP and POP ports?
* Have you restarted your WiFi access point?
* Have you reset your BrailleNote to see if it fixes your problem?
Hope it is resolved soon.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] BrailleMote and Gmail

Hi all,

I have fixed my network issues. Thanks to all who E-mailed me
and assisted. It turned out that I had my connect to non
preferred network disabled, once I enabled that, it worked fine.
I would also like to thank Merna and Sarah from HumanWare for
their assistance.

I now have a new problem. I can't connect to my Gmail through
the BrailleNote. I have all the ports configured correctly
according to Gmail's settings on their site. But when I try to
connect it says connecting to pop server and just hangs. Has
anyone ever had this trouble? Before the power failure, Gmail
used to work fine. So I don't understand it. Well, thanks to
all who have helped, and thank you for future assistance on this
matter. Have a great day!

Musically,
Marissa
