Hello Lois:
You will have to delete each folder separately. Because there are so many
protected ones, you'll have to say "yes" many times when it tells you the files
are protected; are you sure you want to erase them?
There are a couple of ways to get your manual. After you delete your folders,
and have done a reset, go to the Keysoft drive, and to the manual folder. You
can erase it, and do a reset. If it doesn't come back, try the following:
  1. From the Main Menu, press U, then A.
  2. Select the Windows Folder on the Keysoft System Disk.
  3. Press Enter twice, once to select the Windows Folder, and again, when you
are asked to confirm that directory.
  4. Select the Manual program you want; bnb or us.
  5. When you press Enter on the desired program, you will see "command line?"
Press Enter.
