Hi Zack,
Several possibilities come to mind:
1* Prefered keyboard grade is set to computer braille; go to
Options/Keyboard Settings/Prefered grade and set it to grade 2.
* Default file type is things other than braille dicouments: Go to
Wordprocessor/Setup Options/File type, then change it to something where you
can write in grade 2 such as KeyWord braille and brf.
Those are the things that I can think of. Besides, just changing the record
gain level does not change the input grade.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] computer braille only on my BN

Hi List
I have two BN's, and one of them is only accepting entries in
computer braille. The problem started up last night when I was
experimenting with the recording gain level for the internal and
external microphone. Do you have any suggestions, other than
resets (all 4 types) because I have tried those already.

Zach
